From start to finish, this was one of the smoothest online purchases I've made. The bike showed up earlier than expected, and assembly was ridiculously easy. I had it together and rolling in no time. Now for the important part… I'm 6'5", 300+ lbs, and this thing doesn't even seem to notice. The dual motors have absolutely no problem hauling my big ol' self around Tampa. It accelerates great, handles bike paths and city streets with ease, and puts a smile on my face every time I ride it. The website advertises up to 105 miles of range and 45-48 MPH top speed. I'm sure those numbers are under ideal conditions with lots of power-saving and a rider who's not built like an NHL enforcer. I've only had it up to about 28 MPH so far, but it's felt rock-solid and had plenty left in the tank. The front suspension makes for a smooth, comfortable ride, and the 4-inch fat tires soak up bumps, cracks, and rough pavement better than I expected. Tampa roads and trails are no match for this bike. And people keep commenting on the rim colors and accents… The blue rims are amazing. Bottom line: easy purchase, early delivery, simple assembly, great ride quality, and more than enough power for a guy my size. 10/10. Would absolutely buy again, and I keep recommending it to friends and colleagues. 🚴⚡😎

    Everything arrived perfectly , even a couple days earlier, everything in good shape, well packed, easy assembled, battery needed a little more charge to be 100% the fiber case, and lock cable arrived a couple days after the Bike, at the regular Date ! The Bike’s operations surprised me, with the abundance of power!, THANKS! BRM, Chattanooga!

    this is not only a great dual motor ebike but it comes with fast customer service and shipping. the bike came well packaged with well thought out safety support for shipping. there were no signs of any damage to the bike. the bike assembly is super easy but if you have trouble, there is a video. the reason i know support is great is when i assembled the bike and test rode i had no response from the front wheel. within hours they had given advice on how to trouble shoot and helped solve my issue. this bike along with fast service is a great investment

    The bike is a joy to ride. Incredible power with quick stopping capability. The rear shock makes a ton of difference when your traveling on uneven terrain. The 24 inch tires give you great stability and control. Single motor mode allows for long commuting while still offering good power. While dual motor mode will allow you to traverse virtually any incline with ease.Their customer service is the best I've ever dealt with regarding a product I've purchased from a company. I highly recommend.

    Well thought out design, well built, easy assembly. Packaging is well thought out with plenty of protection/padding where needed. Small parts in sealed plastic bag and in a box. All necessary tools included for assembly (except a 8mm wrench to loosen headlight for aiming, allen wrench is included). I couldn't be more impressed…worth every dollar…
